Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at HiTech Therapy Online.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Details:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 09h00 and 17h00. HiTech Therapy does not deliver over weekends and on any recognized/ statutory South African public holidays.
Additional delivery charges may occur, dependent on the branch location or a specific product.
Delivery costs are charged separately on checkout and do not form part of the product price displayed.
Delivery charges on www.hitechtherapyonline.co.za, are according to area positioning.
Delivery of any order by HiTech Therapy will only be affected to accessible areas, at the sole discretion of HiTech Therapy, situated within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
Estimated delivery times are stock dependant & location dependant, whilst we endeavor to make every effort to ensure that accurate shipping estimates are provided on the website, we make no warranty that the order will be received by you within said time.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and do not form part of the product price displayed.
Additional delivery charges may occur, dependent on the branch location or a specific product.
Shipping charges on HiTech Therapy Online, are according to area positioning.
If you spend R1500 or more, you will qualify for Free Delivery in city centers where a HiTech therapy branch is located. City centers will be determined by proximity to HiTech Therapy branches throughout South Africa.
Free Delivery does not apply to treatment furniture, Pilates Equipment, large exercise equipment, any capital equipment, gym/vinyl mats, any orders over 20kg, or any area that does not fall under the free delivery area zone.

Economy (Free) delivery:

If you spend R1500 or more, you will qualify for Free Delivery in city centers where a HiTech therapy branch is located. City centers will be determined by proximity to HiTech Therapy branches throughout South Africa.
Free Delivery does not apply to treatment furniture, Pilates Equipment, large exercise equipment, any capital equipment, gym/vinyl mats, any orders over 20kg, or any area that does not fall under the free delivery area zone.

We currently offer 3 methods of delivery:

Delivery via one of our Drivers. This is a door-to-door service. The delivery address must be a physical address and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. This option is only available to areas that have a branch in the area. This will reach you within 3 - 5 business days after we process your order.
Courier. These are door-to-door services. The delivery address must be a physical address and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. We currently offer two courier options:
* Standard courier: In main centers, this will reach you within 3 - 5 business days after we ship your order.
* Economy courier: In main centers, this will reach you within 5 - 7 business days after we ship your order.
City centers include properties within a 50km radius of where a HiTech therapy branch is located. If you are not in the city center, it may take a few days longer. We do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbors, and should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.
Collection. You can also collect your parcel from any one of our offices. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 17:00 pm, and Fridays 08:00 am – 16:00 pm. We are not open on weekends or public holidays. We don't charge if you choose to collect.

Delivery Estimate Period:

Whilst we endeavor to make every effort to ensure that accurate shipping estimates are provided on the website, we make no warranty that the order will be received by you within said time.
Unfortunately, items may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. When we are informed of any delays that will mean your items will arrive after the shipping estimate period has elapsed, then we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. You may cancel a delayed item, without incurring any re-stocking fees, at your discretion, or wait for it to arrive.

Delivery Address:

Should you wish to amend or change the delivery address of your order, kindly contact us at sales@htherapy.co.za to effect the change.
The change of delivery address will only be applicable where the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
HiTech Therapy will not incur any liability in the successful delivery of the order to the nominated delivery address as per the order confirmation email.
