The Thera-Band Exercise Band Handle is a 30.5cm handle with three attachment points, allowing for a variety of force applications that comes with a manual featuring exercises for rehabilitation, fitness, functional training, sports and exercises for athletes for patients who are rehabilitating hands and wrists. It is designed to be used with Thera-Band® resistive exercise bands and tubing but can also be used with other brands. Thera-Band® Sports Handle is a 30.5cm accessory handle with a unique 3-point connection system for use with elastic resistance bands and tubing for rehabilitating patients and wrists and athletes in training for sports such as baseball, tennis or golf.
