Inflation Directions:

• Inflate ball but not to 100% of size on initial inflation
• Wait 24 hours
• Deflate 50%
• Inflate the ball to the right size. The ball will increase to proper size with a second inflation
• Inflate the ball so that the knees and hips form a 90-degree angle. Hips should be slightly higher than your knees
• Measure from the bottom to the top of the ball
• The ball’s final size of inflation should not be more than 45cm, DO NOT overinflate

Any stiffness experienced when sitting on a Fit-Chair® for the first time (like the one experienced with any other exercise), eases after a couple of days.
