Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that there will be a 10% handling fee charged for all returned and exchanged items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be unused, unopened in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. 

2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.1   If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically through the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
2.1.1  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund within a few days after your return, first check your bank account again. If the above is all done and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact accounts at: or (011) 704 0002.

3. Clearance (scratch & dent) items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: and send your item to: Unit 50 Northlands Deco Park Northriding  ZA 2169.

5. Shipping
To return your product, please courier your product to: Unit 50 Northlands Deco Park, Northriding, Gauteng.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note: If an item is returned, in its original packaging, the cost of getting the item to HiTech Therapy is to the Purchaser.
