Welcome to the HiTech Therapy Online store's terms and conditions of use. We are delighted that you wish to use our store. We have established a number of terms and conditions that by using our shop, you agree to be legally bound by. They are therefore important and so please take a few moments to read them. If you do not agree with terms & conditions set out below please do not use our online store. Please note that by purchasing on you accept these terms and conditions.

We recommend that you periodically check these terms and conditions, because we reserve the right to change them at any time and the terms and conditions that are available on our website at the time you are using it will be those that apply during such use.

This website is operated by HiTech Therapy Online, which is the online e-commerce platform for HiTech Therapy CC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HiTech Therapy. HiTech Therapy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.  By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have branches in 6 major city centres in South Africa, namely: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, PE & Cape Town. Please find contact details for these branches by Clicking Here. HiTech Therapy is the leading provider of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Biokinetic & Occupational Therapy products and equipment. We also supply Pilates Equipment, Spa Beds and Accessories, Diagnostic Ultrasound, a full range of medical exercise equipment which includes Isokinetics, other diagnostic products like Gait control, stability training and many other innovative products from around the world. We provide servicing and maintenance for all the items that we sell.

2. Delivery &  Delivery Charges
2.1 Delivery charges on, are according to area positioning. You are welcome to contact us to arrange your own courier to collect your goods at our branches. Delivery  prices are usually well priced in local areas, i.e. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, etc. Delivery prices increases significantly in outlying areas, and in areas where there is no HiTech Therapy representation. HiTech Therapy aims to deliver goods within 48 hours or as soon as possible.
2.2 Please note that returns will be charged at a R90 flat fee.
2.3 If you spend R1500 or more you will qualify for Free Delivery (excluding treatment furniture, Pilates Equipment, large exercise equipment, any capital equipment and gym/vinyl mats) to city centres where a HiTech therapy branch is located. City centres will be determined by proximity to HiTech Therapy branches throughout South Africa. We will contact you before the invoice is generated with the correct delivery fee to outlying areas. The Free delivery service does not include any Treatment Furniture, large exercise equipment, Pilates Equipment, Capital equipment or items that is heavier than 20 kg (as per 2.1).

3. Sales & Promotions
3.1 Please note that while products are on sale or on promotion, no other discount or special may apply to it. Only COD payments apply.
3.2 Additional delivery charges may occur, dependent on the branch location of a specific product.
3.3 Sales prices are valid while stocks last. Once the product is sold out as the sale price, the sale price will no longer be valid.
3.4 Capital Equipment that is on sale must be paid in cash. No finance deals will be accepted.

5. Signing for Goods
Some deliveries may require a signature at the point of delivery. On these occasions please check the delivery carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. On some occasions the outer packaging on heavier items may become damaged during transit. In most cases this will have no impact on the goods themselves and this means that the packaging will have served its purpose in protecting your order. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse delivery and contact us via or call our customer service team on +2711 704 0002 stating the reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible. Fortunately this happens very rarely.

6. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, any return within 14 days is subjected to management approval. Please note that there will be a 10% handling fee charged for all returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
If an item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If an item has been used and there is no manufacturing defect.
If an item is returned after 14 days of purchase.

7. Complaints
On the very rare occasions that you wish to complain about any of our services, we aim to deal with the complaint as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint should be e-mailed to our client services team at, please contact our client services team on +2711 704 0002 during working hours. We aim to acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

8. Use of Website
You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, certain areas of this Website will only be accessible if you have registered with us. Medical Professionals, who have registered an account with HiTech Therapy will receive preferential pricing and other website benefits. 

9. Site Access
9.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
9.2 The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
9.3 Subject to paragraph 7.1, no part of this Website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.

10. Site Availability
We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.

11. User Conduct
11.1 With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential.   1. The Promotion will begin at 08.00am (GMT) on 06 December 2021 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on 31 December 2021 (the “End Date”).
  2. HiTech Therapy reserves the right to cancel the Christmas Sale Promotion at any time without notice.


  1. HiTech Therapy reserves the right to cancel or change any discounts on products at any given time without prior notice.
  2. Discounts will only be valid during this time and while stocks last.
  3. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
  4. All prices are as shown on the site. Discounts have already been calculated and reflected in the ‘Was’ price.

Products, Packaging & Delivery:

  1. Packaging on some items may be damaged or appear dirty as some of the promotional items are clearance items.
  2. Out of Box Items or Demo Items will be clearly indicated on the website.
  3. As this is a clearance sale, products are sold "as is" and no exchanges or returns will be processed for these clearance items.
  4. Delivery on orders can take up to 4-5 working days depending on the products ordered and the delivery location.
  5. Collection orders must be collected within 5 working days from when the order is placed, or the order will be canceled.

Stock Availability:

  1. All purchases are "first come, first serve", there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
  2. Placing items in your shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such items, and as such, items may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available, or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold HiTech Therapy liable if such items are not available or are not available at the price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase cycle at a later stage.
  3. You acknowledge that stock of all items on offer is limited, and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. HiTech Therapy will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When items are no longer available after you have placed an order, HiTech Therapy will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such items.
  4. COD orders will only be processed once payment reflects; Hitech Therapy cannot be held liable should the product no longer be available once the payment reflect.
