Welcome to the HiTech Therapy Online store's terms and conditions of use. We are delighted that you wish to use our store. We have established a number of terms and conditions that by using our shop, you agree to be legally bound by. They are therefore important and so please take a few moments to read them. If you do not agree with terms & conditions set out below please do not use our online store. Please note that by purchasing on www.hitechtherapyonline.co.za you accept these terms and conditions.
2.1 Delivery charges on www.hitechtherapyonline.co.za, are according to area positioning. You are welcome to contact us to arrange your own courier to collect your goods at our branches. Delivery prices are usually well priced in local areas, i.e. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, etc. Delivery prices increases significantly in outlying areas, and in areas where there is no HiTech Therapy representation. HiTech Therapy aims to deliver goods within 48 hours or as soon as possible.

5. Signing for Goods
Some deliveries may require a signature at the point of delivery. On these occasions please check the delivery carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. On some occasions the outer packaging on heavier items may become damaged during transit. In most cases this will have no impact on the goods themselves and this means that the packaging will have served its purpose in protecting your order. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse delivery and contact us via online@htherapy.co.za or call our customer service team on +2711 704 0002 stating the reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible. Fortunately this happens very rarely.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, any return within 14 days is subjected to management approval. Please note that there will be a 10% handling fee charged for all returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
If an item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If an item has been used and there is no manufacturing defect.
If an item is returned after 14 days of purchase.
You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, certain areas of this Website will only be accessible if you have registered with us. Medical Professionals, who have registered an account with HiTech Therapy will receive preferential pricing and other website benefits.
9.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.
11.1 With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.
12.1 Any links to third party websites located on this Website are provided for your convenience only. We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content. We do not endorse the third party websites or make representations about them or any material contained in them. If you choose to access a third party website linked to from this Website, it is at your own risk

We may make changes to the material on this Website at any time and without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, or on rare occasions incorrect and we make no commitment to ensure that such material is correct or up to date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS SALE
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Hitech Therapy Christmas Sale promotion:
Christmas Sale Dates:
- The Promotion will begin at 08.00am (GMT) on 06 December 2021 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on 31 December 2021 (the “End Date”).
- HiTech Therapy reserves the right to cancel the Christmas Sale Promotion at any time without notice.
Discounts:
- HiTech Therapy reserves the right to cancel or change any discounts on products at any given time without prior notice.
- Discounts will only be valid during this time and while stocks last.
- Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
- All prices are as shown on the site. Discounts have already been calculated and reflected in the ‘Was’ price.
Products, Packaging & Delivery:
- Packaging on some items may be damaged or appear dirty as some of the promotional items are clearance items.
- Out of Box Items or Demo Items will be clearly indicated on the website.
- As this is a clearance sale, products are sold "as is" and no exchanges or returns will be processed for these clearance items.
- Delivery on orders can take up to 4-5 working days depending on the products ordered and the delivery location.
- Collection orders must be collected within 5 working days from when the order is placed, or the order will be canceled.
Stock Availability:
- All purchases are "first come, first serve", there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
- Placing items in your shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such items, and as such, items may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available, or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold HiTech Therapy liable if such items are not available or are not available at the price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase cycle at a later stage.
- You acknowledge that stock of all items on offer is limited, and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. HiTech Therapy will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When items are no longer available after you have placed an order, HiTech Therapy will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such items.
- COD orders will only be processed once payment reflects; Hitech Therapy cannot be held liable should the product no longer be available once the payment reflect.
