Height Adjustable Fit Chair

Traditional chairs can become uncomfortable and negatively impact posture for those that work at an office or are required to sit for long periods of time. The Height Adjustable Fit Chair helps promote core strength by active sitting, strengthening muscles and promoting better posture by aligning the spine. Sitting on the Height Adjustable Fit Chair can also help burn more calories than sitting in a traditional chair.

Casters on the chair allow for easy movement, but two lockable wheels will enable the chair to be stationary when wanted.

Inflation Directions:

• Inflate ball but not to 100% of size on initial inflation
• Wait 24 hours
• Deflate 50%
• Inflate the ball to the correct size. The ball will increase to the proper length with second inflation.
• Inflate the ball so that the knees and hips form a 90-degree angle. Hips should be slightly higher than your knees.
• Measure from the bottom to the top of the ball
• The ball’s final size of inflation should not be more than 45cm, DO NOT overinflate

Any stiffness experienced when sitting on a Fit-Chair® for the first time (like the one shared with any other exercise) eases after a couple of days.
