The HeartSave myPAD is an advanced automated external defibrillator engineered to deliver rapid, reliable, and user-guided intervention in cases of sudden cardiac arrest. Designed for versatility, it is suitable for use in home care, public access environments, and clinical settings, ensuring life-saving support is always within reach.
With pre-connected electrodes and an intuitive, self-explanatory interface, the device enables even untrained users to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. The system provides clear audio-visual instructions via a 4.3-inch colour display (LCD or touchscreen), including animated guidance, ECG monitoring, and real-time status updates to support first responders throughout the resuscitation process.
The HeartSave myPAD supports both semi-automatic and fully automatic defibrillation modes, providing flexibility for users with varying competencies. Its integrated CPR feedback system utilises advanced sensors and algorithms to guide chest compression rate and depth, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of CPR delivery.
Designed for portability, the device features a compact form factor (approximately 15 × 15 cm) and lightweight construction (1.1 kg), making it suitable for mobile use in sports, travel, and emergency response scenarios. A dedicated child mode allows safe paediatric defibrillation without requiring separate electrodes, while multilingual support ensures accessibility in diverse environments.
The device also integrates modern connectivity through optional IoT (LTE and WiFi), enabling remote monitoring, automated self-testing, and real-time notifications via the myPRIMEDIC Control platform. This ensures continuous operational readiness while reducing the need for manual inspections.
With its durable construction (IP66-rated) and long-life consumables, the HeartSave myPAD represents a reliable, clinically robust AED solution for organisations and individuals seeking to enhance emergency preparedness and improve patient survival outcomes.

Warranty:
Main Device Warranty
- The HeartSave myPAD comes with an 8‑year manufacturer’s warranty.
- This covers manufacturing defects and reflects the device’s long‑term, low‑maintenance design.
Battery & Electrode Lifetimes (Not Covered by Warranty)
Consumables are not included in the device warranty and have their own independent lifespans:
- Battery: approx. 5‑year standby life
- Electrode Pads: approx. 5‑year shelf life
Note on battery durability:
The 5‑year standby life is based on ideal conditions (device in standby, no use, only regular self‑tests, temperature around 23°C ±2°C).
Outdoor storage or harsh environments will shorten battery life.
For this reason, we state a clarification that battery lifetime depends on usage and environmental conditions.: “Metrax accepts no liability for the service life of the battery, as many external factors influence battery longevity.”
Warranty Conditions: To keep the warranty valid:
- Repairs must be done by Primedic or an authorised service partner
- Keep the original invoice as proof of purchase
- Follow the operating and maintenance instructions in the user manual
